Why moms keep coming back to Concierge IV (and why it makes total sense)

~4 min read · Lifestyle · conciergeiv.org

Somewhere between the third load of laundry, the packed lunches, the school pickups, and the work deadlines, a lot of moms quietly stop taking care of themselves. Not intentionally — it just happens. Everyone else's needs get to the front of the line.

That's exactly why moms have become some of Concierge IV's most loyal clients. Not because IV therapy is indulgent or trendy — but because it works fast, and fast matters when your schedule has zero margin.

You don't have to earn rest to deserve it. But if you need a practical reason to justify an hour for yourself, here it is: a 45-60 minute IV drip delivers hydration, vitamins, and minerals directly into your bloodstream — bypassing the digestive system entirely. The result is absorption rates that supplements simply can't match. You actually feel it. Moms love CIV for a few specific reasons:

The energy support is real. B vitamins, magnesium, and proper hydration are the foundation of sustainable energy — the kind that doesn't crash at 2pm. When you're running on coffee and willpower, your cells are running low on the raw materials they need to keep up. A drip helps close that gap without the jitters or the crash.

It's genuinely good for immunity. Little kids are, lovingly, germ factories. Vitamin C, zinc, and glutathione — ingredients in many of our drips — support your immune system's ability to fight back. A lot of our clients schedule a drip when they feel something coming on, and again to recover faster after illness.

It's actually quiet. You sit in a comfortable chair in a private studio and no one needs anything from you for an hour. That alone might be worth the trip.

The Glow Room is just for you. After your drip, our red light therapy pod is waiting — a private space with ambient lighting, curated audio, and a few minutes that are entirely yours. Some clients use it to energize. Some use it to reset. Either way, you leave feeling like a different person than when you walked in.

You don't have to be depleted to deserve hydration and support. But if you are — you already know the feeling we're talking about — we'd love to help.

Book online at conciergeiv.janeapp.com or call us at 978-238-9944. We're in Exeter, NH, and we'd love to see you.

What's actually in your drip? A plain-English guide to our IV ingredients

~4 min read · Education · conciergeiv.org

We get it. You're curious — and you should be. Before anything goes into your body, you deserve to know exactly what it is, what it does, and why it's there. So let's talk ingredients.

Every IV drip at Concierge IV starts with a base of Normal Saline — a sterile saltwater solution that's nearly identical to the fluid your body already uses. This is what does the heavy lifting: rehydrating your cells, restoring blood volume, and giving all the good stuff a vehicle to reach your bloodstream fast.

From there, we customize based on your goals. Here's a quick look at some of the most common ingredients you'll find in our drips and what each one actually does:

Vitamin C is a heavy hitter for immunity and skin. It supports collagen production, fights oxidative stress, and helps your immune system mount a faster response. When delivered IV, it reaches therapeutic levels your gut simply can't absorb from a supplement.

B-Complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6) are your energy and nervous system crew. They help convert food into fuel, support mood regulation, and keep your brain sharp. They're water-soluble, which means your body uses what it needs and flushes the rest — no buildup, no toxicity concerns.

Magnesium is the one most people are deficient in without knowing it. It helps regulate muscle function, supports sleep quality, and plays a role in over 300 enzymatic reactions in your body. Many of our clients feel the tension leave their shoulders within minutes of starting their drip — that's magnesium doing its job.

Glutathione is often called the master antioxidant, and for good reason. Your liver produces it naturally, but stress, alcohol, illness, and aging all deplete it. Replenishing it via IV push helps neutralize free radicals, susupport detoxification, and — the bonus many people love — give your skin a brighter, more even glow.

Zinc is your immune system's quiet MVP. It supports wound healing, protein synthesis, and your body's ability to fight off pathogens. It's a staple in our immunity-focused drips, especially heading into cold and flu season.

Not sure which ingredients are right for you? That's exactly what our intake process is for. Before every session, one of our registered nurses reviews your health history and goals to make sure your drip is dialed in — not just a default formula handed to everyone who walks through the door.

Ready to see what a personalized drip can do for you? Book your session at conciergeiv.janeapp.com — or give us a call at 978-238-9944. We'd love to walk you through it.

Is the needle in your arm the whole time? (And other things first-timers want to know)

~3 min read · FAQ · conciergeiv.org

If you've never had an IV drip before, this is probably the question you Googled but felt a little embarrassed to ask. Don't be — it's one of the most common things we hear, and the answer is going to surprise you.

No. The needle is not in your arm the whole time.

Here's how it actually works: When your nurse starts your IV, she uses a small needle to guide a soft, flexible catheter (basically a tiny plastic straw) into your vein. Once the catheter is in place, the needle is removed immediately. What stays in your arm is just that flexible tube — which you barely feel. From there, your drip runs through that catheter for the duration of your session, which is typically 45 to 60 minutes. Most of our clients forget it's even there within the first few minutes.

A few other things first-timers often wonder about:

Does it hurt? There's a small pinch at insertion — about the same as a blood draw. After that, most people feel nothing. If you feel any burning or discomfort during the drip, tell your nurse immediately. That's rare, but it can mean the drip rate needs to be adjusted.

Can I use my phone or read? Yes, absolutely. Your non-IV arm is completely free, and plenty of clients scroll, read, or catch up on podcasts. Some just close their eyes and decompress. There's no wrong way to drip.

What if I hate needles? You're in good company. Our nurses are experienced, calm, and genuinely good at what they do. They'll talk you through every step before it happens. If you have significant needle anxiety, just let us know when you book — we'll make sure you're paired with a nurse who specializes in anxious patients.

Do I need an appointment? Yes — we're a boutique studio, so we keep our schedule intentional. Book online at conciergeiv.janeapp.com, or call us at 978-238-9944 and we'll get you set up.

Still have questions? We love them. Shoot us a message or give us a call before your first appointment — no question is too basic. We'd rather you come in informed and comfortable than nervous and unsure.

Why IV Therapy (and Why I Built CIV)

I built Concierge IV because I was tired of pushing through migraines and pretending hydration, rest, and another cup of tea were going to fix it.

They didn’t.

IV therapy did.

That was me.

And at the same time, I had two kids to keep up with. Busy days, schedules, moments I didn’t want to miss.

That was the hardest part.
