01 So... what actually is an IV drip? +
IV hydration delivers fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into your bloodstream so your body can use them right away. Translation: faster hydration, better recovery, more energy, and sometimes just the reset you didn’t know you needed.
02 And what are IM shots? +
IM stands for intramuscular. It’s a quick injection of targeted vitamins or nutrients into a muscle, similar to a flu shot. Small poke. Big upgrade.
03 What happens when I come in? +
We talk through how you’re feeling, get you comfortable, and customize your support plan. IV visits are about 45–60 minutes. IM visits can be just a few minutes.
04 Does it hurt? +
There’s a quick pinch to start. After that most clients are surprised how easy and relaxing the experience feels.
05 How long will I be there? +
IV appointments are typically under an hour. IM boosts can be done on a lunch break.
06 How will I feel afterward? +
Many clients notice better hydration, improved energy, clearer thinking, or simply feeling more like themselves again.
07 What is red light therapy? +
Red light therapy uses targeted wavelengths to support circulation, recovery, skin vitality, and overall wellness maintenance. Think warm, calming, restorative support.
08 Can I do red light without an IV? +
Yes. Many clients book it on its own or add it to a visit for an extra recovery or glow boost.
